Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Revive Labs, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and accurate order fulfillment. Due to the research-grade nature of our products and the strict quality-control measures required to preserve product integrity, all sales are considered final. However, if an issue occurs during fulfillment or shipping, we will work promptly to resolve it in accordance with the policy below.
 

1. General Policy
 

Because our products are intended exclusively for laboratory research and require controlled handling, storage, and chain-of-custody procedures, Revive Labs does not accept returns of products once they have shipped. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened products, products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery, or purchases made in error. Exceptions are limited to verified fulfillment errors, shipping damage, qualifying lost shipments, or confirmed product quality concerns as described below.
 

2. Shipping & Delivery
 

Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Revive Labs is not responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation issues, customs processing, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once a shipment has been marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. Revive Labs is not responsible for packages reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
 

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
 

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or is missing items, please notify us within three (3) calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not qualify for replacement or other resolution.
 

4. Lost Shipments
 

If a shipment is declared lost by the shipping carrier, or experiences an extraordinary delay beyond normal transit times, please contact Revive Labs. Once the carrier confirms the shipment as lost or we determine that the package qualifies for replacement under our shipping policy, we will issue a replacement shipment or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
 

5. How to Submit a Claim
 

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible:

  1. Record an unboxing video beginning before the package is opened.

  2. Take clear photographs of:

    • The shipping label;

    • The exterior packaging;

    • The contents of the package;

    • Any visible damage; and

    • The packing slip, if included.
       

  3. Email all documentation along with your order number and a description of the issue within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
     

6. Required Documentation
 

Depending on the nature of the claim, we may request:

  • A complete unboxing video;

  • Photos of the shipping label and packaging;

  • Photos of damaged or incorrect products;

  • Photos of packing materials;

  • The packing slip;

  • Additional information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.
     

Incomplete documentation may delay or prevent claim approval.
 

7. Resolution
 

After reviewing and verifying an eligible claim, Revive Labs may, at its sole discretion:

  • Ship replacement product;

  • Issue store credit;

  • Provide a refund to the original payment method; or

  • Offer another reasonable resolution.
     

Replacement, refund, or store credit decisions are based on the specific circumstances of each verified claim.
 

8. Product Quality Concerns
 

If you believe a product does not match its published specifications or Certificate of Analysis (COA), please contact us with complete details. To evaluate a quality concern, Revive Labs may request independent analytical testing performed by an accredited third-party laboratory. If a verified discrepancy is confirmed, Revive Labs may provide replacement product, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
 

9. Non-Refundable Circumstances
 

Refunds, returns, or replacements will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase;

  • Products opened, used, altered, or improperly stored after delivery;

  • Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer;

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier;

  • Shipping delays outside of Revive Labs' reasonable control;

  • Orders delayed due to weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other force majeure events;

  • Failure to follow product handling or storage recommendations.
     

10. Store Credit
 

When appropriate, Revive Labs may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Store credit:

  • Does not expire;

  • Is non-transferable;

  • Has no cash value;

  • May be applied toward future purchases.
     

11. Chargebacks
 

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Revive Labs before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks involving orders confirmed as delivered or otherwise fulfilled may be disputed using shipping records, delivery confirmation, order documentation, and these Terms & Conditions.
 

12. Policy Updates
 

Revive Labs reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
